What I put on hair matters just as much as how I cut or style it, which is why everything I use comes from Kevin Murphy.

Skincare for Your Hair

Kevin Murphy built the brand around a simple idea, that hair deserves the same level of care as skin. Instead of harsh, one-size-fits-all formulas, the range works on lightweight textures, targeted actives and molecular-level repair, restoring hair’s structure rather than just coating it temporarily.

It’s also genuinely tailored. Shampoo is chosen for the hair a client actually has, while conditioner is chosen for the hair they want, so someone with thick, coarse hair uses a different starting point to someone with fine, fragile hair, even if they’re both after the same smooth finish.

Naturally Sourced, Seriously Tested

The range leans on natural, renewable ingredients, sourced from growers using organic or ecologically sound harvesting practices, alongside antioxidants that help protect hair from everyday stress and environmental damage.

Every product is free from parabens and sulphates, and Kevin Murphy doesn’t test on animals, and never will, even where raw materials could technically be tested elsewhere for other industries.

Sustainable by Default, Not by Marketing

Sustainability isn’t an add-on for Kevin Murphy, it’s part of how the range is built from the start:

  • Water-soluble formulas, so nothing lingers or builds up in waterways once it’s washed out.
  • Packaging designed to use the minimum plastic possible, including recycled ocean plastic.
  • Large sizes available at retail, meaning less frequent repurchasing and less packaging overall.

One System, Not a Mix of Brands

Because I use Kevin Murphy across shampoo, conditioner, treatments and styling, everything works together rather than competing against each other, since it’s all built on the same philosophy and the same quality of ingredients.

Good Hair, Done Properly

Using Kevin Murphy isn’t just about how hair looks on the day. It’s about how it’s treated and cared for every time a client sits in my chair. Proper care, not shortcuts.
