Get the Most from Your Fringe Trim

Having a fringe is a fantastic way to frame your face and freshen up your look. To keep it looking its best, regular trims are essential. Here’s my advice for making sure you get the perfect result every time you come in.

Wash It

For the most precise cut, it’s crucial that I work with clean hair. I can’t stress this enough—if you can, please wash your fringe on the day of your appointment, ideally in the morning. This ensures there’s no product build-up or natural oils that could affect how your fringe hangs, allowing me to see its natural movement and shape.

Style It as You Normally Do

Please come to your appointment with your fringe styled exactly as you normally wear it. This gives me a better understanding of your styling habits, your hair’s natural texture, and where you like your fringe to sit. If you use a little hairspray or dry shampoo, that’s fine, but please use as little as possible. This helps me tailor the trim to your everyday style.

Know What You Want

Before you sit in my chair, it’s always helpful to have a think about what you want. Do you want it slightly shorter to get it out of your eyes, or are you after a complete re-style? Even a quick chat beforehand helps us get on the same page, and if you have a reference photo, that’s even better!

Enjoy it!

Now that we’ve got your fringe looking its best, it’s time to enjoy it. Just a reminder that I offer one complimentary fringe trim between your regular haircuts. It’s a great way to keep your style looking sharp and fresh, and you can book it by getting in touch.
