Colour Services Start with Care and Safety
If colour is part of your plan, a consultation and patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment is essential. This isn’t just a legal requirement; it’s about ensuring your hair and scalp are ready, and that the colour suits you perfectly. If getting to the studio for this isn’t easy, a video consultation via WhatsApp is available. Once this step is done, the colour appointment can be booked with confidence.
Your Personal, One-on-One Experience
On the day of your appointment, the studio is all yours. Need to bring your laptop to work? Please do. Childcare a bit tricky? They’re welcome too. Got a favourite snack? Bring it along for any processing time. And if you have a favourite song, I’ll put it on for you. I also have over 10 blends of tea for you to choose from. My space is built to fit your needs, making your time with me an experience, not just a haircut.
If Something’s Not Right, Let’s Sort It
I’m committed to making sure you love your hair. So, in the very rare instance that something isn’t quite how you envisioned it, and that’s perfectly OK—we’re all human after all—please tell me.
