- Consultation and Patch Test: Required at least 48 hours before your first colour appointment. This isn’t a formality, it’s how I keep you safe.
- Realistic Expectations: We talk through what’s achievable, what’s maintainable, and what actually suits you. No overselling.
- Confident Booking: Once we’ve got a plan and confirmed it’s safe, you book with zero uncertainty about what you’re getting.
