Guten Tag, I’m Simon Schuetz, also known as That German Hairdresser. Over the last twenty years I’ve worked in busy salons across Munich and London. Something that never gets old to me is watching a client see themselves in the mirror and genuinely love the look we’ve created together.

That moment happens best without the distractions of a crowded room. Traditional salons are often noisy, rushed, and rarely as sustainable as they could be. I’ve opened my own private studio in Hackney to change all that. Here, it’s all about you and your hair and everything, from the products I use to the process, is done with care and consideration.
