Running an eco-conscious and ethical business means being passionate about a cleaner & greener planet.
By reducing plastic use by an estimated 90% compared to traditional salons, hundreds of kilograms of waste are avoided each year. These efforts, alongside sustainable sourcing and responsible production methods, significantly lower carbon emissions, reinforcing a commitment to protecting the planet.

Products
The studio partners exclusively with independently owned brands that prioritise sustainable packaging, ethical practices, and responsible production methods.
Single-use Plastic
The need for single-use plastics has been completely eliminated from all services.
Where alternatives would typically require single-use plastics, biodegradable corn-based PLA is used instead.
Energy & Carbon emissions
All energy used comes from renewable sources like wind farms and solar power.
This website achieves a carbon rating of A. This is cleaner than 82% of all websites globally as only 0.18g of CO2 is produced per visit.
Recycling
To minimise non-recyclable waste, I partner with “Green Salon Collective” for responsible disposal of hair, foils, and chemicals.
Interior
The studio features repurposed, second-hand materials or sustainably sourced items like metal and wood. The floor is made from recyclable linseed oil, and wall paint is from “Coat,” a climate-positive brand with recycled packaging. Curtains are crafted from old PET bottles.
Refreshments
All refreshments are sourced exclusively from ethical and sustainable companies.
Water Saving
Water-saving shower heads reduce water usage by 65%, while an electric instant water heater minimises energy consumption by operating only when needed.
Towels
Towels by “Scrummi” are made from 100% compostable wood fibres and are more eco-friendly throughout their lifecycle compared to traditional towels.
Gowns
Gowns are made from recycled polyester fabric that would otherwise end up in landfill.
