Appointment Policies

Got to reschedule or cancel? No problem! Just make sure to do it at least 48 hours ahead.

Here’s how to do it:

  • Click the link in your confirmation text or email.
  • Or, shoot me an email, text or message on WhatsApp.

If you’re running late, please contact me as soon as possible so I can adjust accordingly.

If you’re more than 15 minutes late, I may need to shorten your service or reschedule.

While I’ll do my best to accommodate, please note that your originally booked time will be charged, even if not all aspects of your service can be completed.

In some cases, rescheduling the entire appointment may be necessary, with a charge of 30% of your booked service.”

If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, a charge of 30% of your booked service will apply

A 100% charge of your booked service will be applied if you do not show up for your appointment.

Etiquette

I’m all about making your experience unforgettable. That’s why I’ve put together some guidelines:

  • To keep our salon intimate, I kindly ask that you come alone and minimize your belongings.
  • Let’s keep phone calls and device volumes low to maintain a tranquil atmosphere for all.
  • During your haircut, maintaining good posture by keeping your legs uncrossed is key.
  • And while your color is processing, please refrain from touching your hair to prevent stains or uneven coverage.

Following these guidelines ensures a serene and enjoyable visit for everyone.
